Executive Coaching Key Components

1) Insightful leadership assessments & personality typing

Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i Leadership) assesses a leader’s social and emotional strengths and weaknesses based on 15 learnable skills such as assertiveness, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationships. Enneagram personality typing and development.

2) Thrive 360 Feedback- Practical feedback from manager, colleagues, and direct reports

To grow and succeed, leaders need clear insights into their behaviors and work relationships. Thrive Leadership will administer the online Thrive 360 feedback survey to raters selected by the leader. This 360 survey targets specific leadership skills that drive employee engagement. The practical report shows leaders where to prioritize, and verbatim comments provide a deep understanding of strengths and development areas.

3) Confidential one-on-one meetings in-person or virtually every 2-3 weeks with a dedicated Thrive Leadership executive coach

  • Contracting meeting with the leader, the executive coach, and manager/sponsor to set goals and clarify roles and deliverables. 

  • Assessment debrief for the EQ-I Leadership.

  • Assessment debrief for Thrive 360 feedback.

  • Six months of executive coaching with check-ins between sessions

4) End-of-Engagement Survey to measure progress and inform ongoing leadership development efforts

Close-out survey. We advocate focused improvements that become visible results over time. At the end of each coaching engagement, we offer a brief survey to the leader and their original 360 raters to measure progress, including change in leadership effectiveness and behaviors as well as suggestions for continued learning and growth.
